Terms of use, set down by the studio

1. Who fires the kiln here

These terms govern your use of kilnlanepottery.com ("Kiln Lane Pottery", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of kilnlanepottery.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may sit at the wheel

Kiln Lane Pottery is only for people aged 18 or over. Using it means you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Coins made of nothing but code

• Every game runs on virtual coins that Fettle hands out free of charge.
• A coin holds no monetary value: it is not money, it is not credit and it is nobody’s property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The site has no in-app purchases of any kind.
• The studio puts up no prize carrying any real-world value.
• At any time we may adjust or reset coins, levels and features, as a potter reworks a pot on the wheel.

4. Real-money gambling never comes through the studio door

Kiln Lane Pottery offers no real-money gambling, promotes none, and sends no link out to any gambling operator.

5. Your account at the studio

• Beyond the herbalist’s counter, the other two worlds need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is for your own hands only. If anyone else has been at your account, let the studio know without delay.
• Your account page lets you delete your account whenever you choose. Deletion takes effect immediately and is permanent.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to upset the running of the site, or if we believe its holder is under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account and are never your property; like greenware on the shelf, they may be reset.

6. Fair use of the studio

You must not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. When the kiln is down, and liability

The site is provided “as is”, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. The law these terms are read under

England and Wales supply the law that governs every line of these terms.
